Who we are

What we collect and why

Enquiry forms. When you send a form on this site we collect your name, email address and any other details you enter, such as your firm, phone number and message. We also record your IP address and browser type with the enquiry, to help us spot spam. We use them to respond to your enquiry. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
Where it goes. Form submissions are recorded in Prolink Hub, our own client system, which sends a notification to us and an acknowledgement to you by email through Postmark, our email provider. Postmark processes the email on our behalf.
Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics to count visits and see which pages and websites bring people here. Plausible sets no cookies, does not follow you across other sites and holds no personal data; it counts visitors with an anonymous identifier that changes every day. Plausible Insights OÜ processes this on our behalf in the EU.
How you found us. When you arrive, the site notes the website that sent you (for example a search engine), the page you landed on and any campaign tags in the link, in your browser's session storage. It is deleted when you close the tab, and it is only sent to us if you submit a form, so we can see how an enquiry found us.
Fonts and libraries. Fonts load from Google Fonts and animation libraries from public content delivery networks. Those providers see your IP address when the files are requested.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for up to two years afterwards, unless you become a client, in which case they form part of our client records. Plausible keeps only aggregate visit statistics, which contain no personal data.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the providers named above, who process it on our instructions, and where the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our processing, or ask us to restrict it. Email hello@prolink.io. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
