Insurance and fleet · DriverSure

First notification of loss captured at the roadside, with photos, and a case open in Proclaim before anyone rings the office.

Fleet drivers had no way to report an accident or prove a vehicle check from the roadside, so compliance evidence and first notification of loss depended on phone calls, email and office staff running reports.

What we built

A driver portal that works on a phone at the side of the road.

A guided accident report that saves as the driver types, with a call-999 shortcut, fault and driveability questions, third-party and witness capture, a 360-degree location video and photos of the damage.
A 28-point vehicle walk-around check across mechanical, electrical, glass and bodywork, every item defaulting to no defects with a photo per defect.
A manager dashboard with per-division tiles for active drivers, licence checks, assessments, training, condition reports, accidents and telematics, each drilling to a full driver dossier.
A driver risk profile with traffic-light ratings and individual risk events, calculated in the claims system and shown here.
Document upload, a read-only key documents library pushed from Proclaim, and a message thread with the driver's risk coach on every screen.
A home page carrying registration, make, model, mileage and every renewal date: photocard, MOT, tax, insurance, service.
resilience

Create, then edit

The record is written the moment the driver starts, so a stressed driver on a phone loses nothing if the browser closes.

speed

Default to clean

Every inspection item pre-set to no defects, so a compliant daily check takes seconds and effort goes only on exceptions.

access

Divisions from the source

Managers see only the divisions they are subscribed to, maintained from Proclaim rather than hand-managed permissions.

How it plugs in

Two-way with Proclaim.

Every driver action becomes a file Proclaim collects on a schedule. Proclaim pushes companies, divisions, drivers, managers, risk events, tasks, messages and documents the other way.

job A scheduled job on the client's own server collects every accident report and drops it into Proclaim's import folder, so a case opens with no human involvement

What changed

First notification of loss is captured at the roadside with photo evidence and lands in Proclaim as a case automatically. Managers get compliance at a glance instead of asking the office to run reports.

one detail only this project hasRoadside accident reporting is a per-driver switch on the driver record, so the back office can turn it on or off for one individual.
