B2B SaaS · Fullstack Software, a Prolink product

One multi-tenant platform for client companies, branded quoting and an XML data broker, with a full audit trail behind all of it.

A software vendor needed one platform to run its client companies, its branded quoting product and its original XML data-broker engine, with billing and a full audit trail behind all of it.

What we built

Tenants, modules, quotes, votes and a data broker that logs every call.

A multi-tenant quote builder with groups, line items, switchable VAT, discounts, notes, expiry dates, attached document blocks and automatic numbering.
Send-and-track quote links with open logging, one-click accept and an instant acceptance email to the company.
An integration engine where admins define per-client functions with a direction and delivery method, the system builds the matching folder structure, and every call is logged with full input and output.
An admin area for companies, users, per-user module access, cross-tenant monitoring and Direct Debit billing setup.
A standalone event-voting app where participants vote on dates and locations by short link and the organiser declares a winner.
Admin-managed lookup lists holding the platform's vocabularies, so a new dropdown option never needs a code change.
integration

Validated file drops

Validate identifiers against the database, log the full payload, write to a deterministic per-client folder, record the run as a job.

support

A transaction log you can read

Syntax-highlighted input and output, filterable by date, company and function, down to each call.

audit

Field-level history with undo

Old against new on every save, present across everything Prolink builds.

How it plugs in

A third party can push data with nothing to build.

The same pipeline is triggered by a plain HTTP call, so a partner sends client details in the request and the system validates, logs and writes the file for them.

What changed

Client companies get white-label quoting with acceptance tracking, and the vendor gets a full audit trail and usage metering of client data feeds from one admin area.

one detail only this project hasThe XML broker was the original Prolink: the same file-drop pattern that later carried Proclaim integrations for law firms, fleets and hire companies.
