What we built
Build the quote from a catalogue, send it as a page, watch it get read.
A quote builder assembling quotes from product groups, a word each business can rename to room, zone or area, with catalogue search, one-off items, live totals, VAT and a staff-only profit figure.
Send and track: one click emails a branded quote with a short link, and the quote row shows sent, viewed and accepted ticks from logged events.
The customer's page is the quote: logo, grouped contents, attached documents, totals and an accept button. No PDF anywhere.
Reusable templates, from scratch or from an existing quote, and one-click duplication of a whole quote or a single group.
A product catalogue with photos and multiple pricing options, each holding purchase and sale price, with soft-delete that leaves existing quotes intact.
A per-quote activity drawer: created, edited with before and after values, sent, viewed with device, accepted.

What changed
Paper and PDF quoting became trackable web quotes. A business can see which quotes were sent, viewed and accepted, and is emailed the moment a customer accepts.
