Retail · Pay Weekly Carpets

A home visit became a signed, card-activated weekly agreement in one sitting, and a failed payment texted the customer within minutes.

A pay-weekly flooring and blinds retailer needed one system to take a lead, price a job in the customer's home, sign a credit agreement, collect small weekly card payments and chase the ones that failed.

What we built

Lead, visit, quote, sign, collect, chase. The whole business in one system.

A website application form with postcode lookup that matched each lead to the covering agent, filed it in the CRM and emailed the agent instantly.
A mobile web app for field agents with today's takings, assigned enquiries with click-to-call, client search and instant carpet, vinyl, blind and payment-plan calculators.
An in-home staged order builder covering contact details, identity questions, room-by-room products and a live quotation that recalculated deposit, weekly amount and final payment.
A two-device signature and card activation flow: the customer opened an emailed link, signed on screen and paid the deposit on the provider's hosted page, so the agent never touched the card.
A self-serve online blinds shop with configurator, credit plan, instant quote, hosted payment, signature and handover to the in-house manufacturing team.
A back-office account view with balance, arrears, an internal credit rating, every transaction, notes and audit history, with around 25 actions hanging off it.

A complete second sales line from configurator to manufacturing with nobody in between.

How it plugs in

Every gateway transaction mirrored locally, every minute.

A high-water-mark import kept the CRM's balances in step with what the bank actually collected, and queued the affected agreements for a rebuild.

What changed

Leads landed with the right agent in seconds. A home visit became a signed, card-activated weekly agreement in one sitting. Failed collections triggered a customer text within minutes of the import.

one detail only this project hasDespite the doorstep heritage, no money was ever collected in cash. Every weekly payment was a tokenised recurring card collection.
