What we built

The court's most labour-intensive form, self-served online and exported straight into the case.

A Background Information Form whose sections switch on or off depending on the help the client asked for: divorce, finances, children.
A full online Form E financial statement, every section from the family home to pensions to income needs, with add, edit and delete rows for each bank account or property.
A document checklist organised by form section that shows the client exactly what is still outstanding.
A save-and-publish step that timestamps the form, locks it to complete and generates the XML export for Proclaim.
Invited-only registration: Proclaim calls a create-user URL with name, email and case reference, and the client only chooses a password.
Every uploaded document virus-scanned on arrival and deleted if infected, with repeat offenders deactivated automatically and a person alerted.
